Spudaroo operates both public and private projects - our private projects have a unique format in that Spudaroo allows the project owner to accept entry requests from participating experts and 'approve' the expert before giving them access to the project details. This allows for thorough due diligence and an NDA to be exchanged if needs be. As you rightfully mentioned, this is key when it comes to material such as business plans.
